Mrs. Litinsky is Riley's next door neighbor, and the owner of Max, she isn't seen much through the series, even less when Riley moves to Master Stewart's house. In Mind Games it was revealed that she is actually the oldest witch in the Atlanta Witch's Coven and is considered it's leader.
